Write what a great find! I went there with my sister and her husband and we had a lovely evening. The food and wine were some of the best you could wish for and how wonderful it is to find a restaurant with genuine good quality Turkish cuisine in a location such as this. I lived in Turkey for 5 years and I'd rate this among the best of all the Turkish restaurants I've been to. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for and it's well worth paying.
Went and had a lovely family meal at Chanak... it was amazing. The owner and staff were all so friendly and took the time to come and talk to us, and have a good laugh. The food was amazing and we got a complimentary dessert which was such a sweet gesture. The atmosphere was great, and the decor was stunning; a subtle ode to traditional Turkey. Im most definitely going to be returning, with all of my friends.
