Do no use these UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Ordered a motion senor bin which I asked to be delivered to my work address, it was delivered to my home address. They delivered it on a Friday, and on returning home from work, discovered that the bin had a dent in the side. Pluckpoint dont open weekends so I called and emailed Monday first thing and no answer several times, just voicemail. I left a message and sent an email. I got a reply on the wed stating that I hadnt reported the fault within 48 hours of delivery yet they arent open weekends and I reported the damage at 9.23 on the Monday when they open at 9.15am. I then got told to send the item back at the my own expense and they would reimburse me! (read other reviews - they dont) All they needed to do was send out a new bin and I would return the old one at the same time. SHOCKING SERVICE!!! Quoting irrelevant terms of business when they don't trade 7 days a week, NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS, and reply to emails when it suits them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
dont believe their 'hassle free returns' I received a battered box that hadnt been wrapped in bubblewrap and they were rude, insisted that I bought and wrapped it in bubble wrap and carried on for so long they said it was too late to return it for a refund. Shocking customer service
Hi i am still waiting for my order to be deliverd every time i try to talk to them or try and get atracking no: cant get one they say order was shipped via city link and city link lost order.promsest to re send order but still not had be very caerfull if you order from them .going to try and get a refund through bank and report them to trading standards nothing but trouble to get order
