My wife went into My Boutique today to talk about a prize voucher that she had won to spend there after them failing to return phone calls. The manager Paul was dismissive and rude. If shops of this kind are to compete with internet shopping, they really have to work on their people skills.*Edit. In response to the owner below. Regardless of the fact that the owner has altered the truth somewhat to accommodate their own conscience, they were rude and dismissive to a customer. Additionally, who ever made a voucher that expires after a month? I wish Paul and all at My Boutique good luck with their business.
