So, there was a little bit of history. They rang me once asking about buying vans. I (stupidly) said we were modernising our fleet and that was it. I was getting bombarded with calls for months and months and they simply wouldn't take no for an answer (I subsequently appreciate this aspect may have been outsourced but they still represent the brand). Fast forward to recently and rang up about ordering a van key. Told to bring in V5 and ID. Popped down and ordered it, they would call me when it arrived. Few weeks later no call, so I rang them. Was asked who I spoke to as if I would have a clue. Finally found the key had arrived but then I had to book it in with service.....Firstly I was told the van is too big for their facilities and then (when somehow it was no longer too big) I was told I needed some mysterious magic code to get it programmed. Nothing about this mentioned previously. Told them I'd go elsewhere. Pretty funny now thinking about it, but an absolute lack of professionalism across multiple occurrences.
